Great! the service was excellent. They were all very nice. There was a free snack bar with apples, water and candy! The room was good too. except the shower gel in the shower that was missing and the bad water pressure.
The service in the hotel is excellent, everyone working there was so kind, and the receptionist sent a complimentary slice of cheesecake to my room because it was my birthday. Top! We stayed in a premium room for the view: the mattresses were old and had serious dips in them, so sleeping was uncomfortable and the room had a sunny smell. My husband was more affected than I was, he said it smelled like a toilet and that the very inexpensive hotel a few blocks away is better because at least it doesn’t smell there.
I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I specifically requested a king bed upon booking, but instead, I was given two doubles. The shower was another issue—its water pressure was so weak that it was impossible to properly wash off. To top it off, the toilet hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. It’s clear that the hotel isn't paying attention to basic cleanliness or guest requests. I won’t be returning.
