A Royal Start to the Day! I had an absolutely amazing experience with the hotel’s breakfast service. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety to suit every palate. But what truly made the morning special was the exceptional service. Janvi was a standout—cordial, warm, and incredibly attentive. She didn’t just make me feel at home… she made me feel like royalty! Her genuine hospitality and cheerful demeanor set the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend starting your morning here—you’ll leave with a full stomach and a big smile!
I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Bond Street. The location is excellent — central, easy to access, and surrounded by a lively neighborhood. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the overall hotel experience was top-notch. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies who assisted me during check-in — they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. All the staff were kind and professional throughout my stay. Thank you for everything — I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to London.
I have been a long-standing customer of this hotel, choosing to stay here every time I visit London — but after this recent experience, I will never return. Despite being in contact with the reception team for over a month before my stay, no one disclosed that the air conditioning was not working. This was a known ongoing issue for minimally a month or so, yet they chose to inform me only at check-in, — clearly hoping guests would just tolerate it or have no other choice. That’s deliberate deception. This was an incredibly dishonest, negligent, and unacceptable experience. Your hotel did not just fall short — it actively misled a loyal guest. I was left to deal with the situation myself, in peak summer heat, and had to pay extra out of pocket to find alternative accommodation last-minute — an expense and stress that could have been avoided had they been honest upfront. To make things worse, the staff were stuck-up, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They gave me a cold choice: 20% off or a refund — with no assistance, no care, and not even an offer to move me to another branch, even though they’re an international chain with multiple locations across the city. When I asked for confirmation that they had submitted a refund request to Booking.com, the front desk staff — who was both rude and dismissive — claimed it had already been done but refused to provide any written proof or follow-up email. An unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this hotel.
