Radisson Blu Hotel London Canary Wharf East

The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate, the room is beautiful, spacious, clean and well decorated. Rooms have iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee making (daughter loved the pod machine), plenty of towels, robes and slippers. The beds are so comfortable and a great size. We had to book last minute, literally 5 mins before arriving at the hotel, due to issues with the original accommodation choice, and again I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff are, I was so stressed, and they reacted amazingly.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had a double instead of a twin but this was dealt with and changed very quickly. Good location and easy to get on the tube. The hotel doesn't have a pool which was disappointing it says spa but it's just a Steam and sauna. Staff were friendly and would stay again if needed

The hotel itself is very nice — clean, well-maintained, and the spa facilities were a real highlight for us. We really enjoyed our stay and were ready to recommend it to others, right up until we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Latif. He smiles at you politely but makes everything unnecessarily difficult, turning what should have been a relaxing experience into a bit of a hassle. It’s a shame, because aside from that, the rest of the staff were professional and helpful. We hope management addresses this, as the hotel and amenities deserve better representation.
