Radisson Blu Hotel London Euston Square

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room spacious for a family of four although we were sleeping close together. Not far for Oxford Street and a King's Cross Rail. Lovely meal in the restaurant and the service was fabulous.

The double room I stayed in was comically small, look dated, and was not that clean. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a while with plenty of stains. I've stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels. And that wasn't even the worst, the hotel is located opposite to a hospital and a busy street. Ambulances and noise makes this place hard to sleep. The gym is tiny and has no real equipment apart from 2 treadmills, 2 benches and a few light dumbells. I'll be very careful about Radisson going forward. Never had such a bad experience with Hilton for example.

The hotel cancelled my booking with short notice due to a pricing error on their end. While I can understand that mistakes happen, I was most disappointed at the lack of support from customer service. They were unwilling to honour the price nor offer any reasonable alternatives which has left me in a difficult position looking for last-minute accommodation at inflated prices due to the short timeframe and has negatively impacted my trip :(
