Radisson Blu Hotel London South Kensington

I was impressed with the exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and environment. The staff were friendly and attentive, specially Rony from the breakfast team. He was very polite and did his best. I would recommend this hotel for their service, and integrity. The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore the city. Looking forward to visiting soon 🥂

Much nicer room than Paris, bed more comfortable with firm edges, staff excellent. Ww had a bath which I made the most of. No fridge but we survived. Very quiet....but be aware there is quite a big staircase to negotiate to get in from the street and there was little or no assistance for luggage which was disappointing Good access to transport nearby. All in all it was OK and I would consider it if necessary in the future

The room was small but fine for one person. The bathroom in my room was clean, but my friend’s had a stain in the tub, which was a bit gross. It also got noisy at night with guests partying and knocking on each other’s doors—it definitely disturbed our sleep. That said, the staff were friendly, and the air conditioning was great, which helped a lot in the hot weather. So for a couple of nights, it was okay. At the bar, our order was mostly right, but two drinks were missing and service was slow. Overall, not the best experience, but for the price, it was bearable.
