Henry was an absolute delight! He was super attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. His recommendations for meals were spot on - he really knows his stuff! Generally happy when we’ve stayed. Great breakfast and breakfast service! This time unclean room - carpet very stained and towels and dressing gowns smelled unfresh /used. A couple of blood marks this time on duvet and one towel. Previous rooms were cleaner fresher. Welcoming faces usually when we arrive. This time a little stern!

Mixed feelings on this place if I'm honest. Will do a separate review for the bar / restaurant. The place in itself is spectacular, as you walk in. A efficient but not particularly friendly check in and big jars of sweets gave us high hopes. Easy enough to get up to the rooms too, decent lifts etc. We had ordered a bottle of prosecco to be in the room on arrival which wasn't there. Also three of us staying in the room and one bottle of water and two gowns (why do hotels never get this right?). Good selection of coffee for the machine though. Couple of missing bits of glass etc in the room (pictured). The gym and swimming pool staff were really friendly. Pretty hefty price tag too, but a great location for the airport.
