I had an amazing experience during my stay! I booked a premium room on the 5th floor, and the view of the Alps was absolutely breathtaking. Every time we stepped out, the receptionist would warmly ask where we were headed and even suggested some great places to visit — it felt so personal and thoughtful. And don’t even get me started on the Jeeves robot — it was truly next level and added such a cool, futuristic touch to the whole experience!

Absolutely terrible housekeeping service – avoid this place. We stayed for 3 nights and not once did they clean the room properly. On the first day, we asked twice at reception just to get our towels swapped – and that was all they did. No cleaning, no trash removal, nothing. Second day, same story – had to ask again, and all they managed was swapping towels and emptying the trash bin. No bed made, no tables wiped, nothing cleaned. This is the bare minimum you’d expect from any hotel, yet somehow they failed miserably. The cleaning staff is either completely incompetent or just doesn’t care. I’ve stayed in budget hostels that did a far better job. This hotel clearly has zero standards for cleanliness or customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The hotel itself was good — the room was spacious, it’s within walking distance of the city, and the view was nice. However, the one thing I really didn’t appreciate was the attitude of a Russian staff member named Parvina. She was extremely rude, impolite, and disrespectful — completely lacking basic manners. We stayed at your hotel for a full week and paid a premium rate with the expectation of being treated with courtesy and professionalism—not to be treated like garbage. The first few days were great, especially with the other staff. The Asian ladies, in particular, were polite, accommodating, and friendly. However, two days before we checked out, Pavina shouted at us in front of everyone, telling us not to enter the restaurant. We was shocked. When I told her we were going for breakfast, she simply said, “No. You wait until I call you.” I understand it was a busy day, but she didn’t even greet us with a simple “Good morning,” nor did she explain why we needed to wait. Her behavior was unnecessarily harsh and completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed in many hotels—even budget ones—and have never been treated this way. It was a very disappointing experience. We hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the matter appropriately to ensure that other guests are treated with the respect they deserve.
