Wonderful stay in the heart of Mannheim The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Mannheim, just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job — everything was always spotless. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and I’d especially like to highlight the reception team, who were exceptionally helpful and made us feel right at home. The only small downside was the gym — it’s quite limited and lacks the equipment needed for strength training. I ended up using a nearby external gym instead. Still, I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Mannheim.
this hotel was perfectly located the front office people were extremely helpful and nice. Our room was perfect except for two issues. One is the shower is all glass no matter who you’re traveling with. I would like to have my privacy when I’m taking a shower I think that could happen either. They put up a line on the outside of it or made it so that you couldn’t see through it all the way also we upgraded to a bay window, which was useless you couldn’t sit there because the sun shined in and it was too hot just two little things that I think need to be improved. The breakfast was outstanding and the people that work. There were also perfectly trained to take care of their customers the right way this is by for a very good operation in this location and it well deserves five stars
Unfortunately the hotel may be very good in many ways and the staff are certainly excellent but the room turned out to be a disaster. Frankly the bizarre window into the toilet glass wall design is a flaw. The shower was the HUGE disappointment. The entire room flooded before we knew what was happening. The drain - a slot in the back wall unlike a typical floor drain that would be visible was apparently blocked and water flowed freely over the entire room soaking our luggage and creating havoc unnecessary.
