We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The service was excellent a solid 10 out of 10. Breakfast was delicious and had a generous selection to choose from. Best of all, the hotel is in a perfect location with everything we needed close by. Thank you!
Amazing! The rooms are big and very well conditioned. The A/C works amazing, and I had a balcony also, which was very amazing. The food is so delicious. The breakfast buffet was so full of variety, I wanted to taste everything, but I was very full. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in so far. It's also in the centre so there're shops around the hotel. Including, there's a shopping mall under it.
It's contemporary 5-star hotel located in the trendy Gueliz district of Marrakech, Morocco. The hotel is part of the Carré Eden shopping complex, blending modern convenience with proximity to Marrakech’s historic Medina (10 minutes by car) and the airport (15–20 minutes) . SO CONVENIENT. Designed by architect Imaad Rahmouni, the hotel features a chic, mid-century modern aesthetic with subtle Moroccan influences . Luxury Accommodations with 198 rooms, we were upgraded to suites with balconies by Mr. Abdellatif with pool views. (Highly appreciated. Great customer service to Mr. Abdellatif) in out room we have rain showers, espresso machines, smart TVs and he she water basin. We had breakfast in Lila Restaurant & Patio Serves international cuisine with a stylish outdoor patio . They have a pool & spa with outdoor heated pool (glass-enclosed for an "aquarium vibe"), wellness center, hammam, and fitness classes . Free Wi-Fi Its just around 1 to 2am, there's noise and loud voices on our hallway. This hotel location is perfect, it's near Marrakech’s attractions without staying in the crowded Medina. Finally, I have to compliment Ms. Widad for being very courteous and accommodating. We had tour coupon that needs printing, she made it happen like a flash and a Moroccan warm smile. Very memorable stay for us.
