Radisson Blu Hotel Marseille Vieux Port

Absolutely stunning hotel, it's located at the end of the old port of Marseille. Rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and beds are super comfy. I've used the swimming pool on the rooftop where I also had a drink. Rooms are pricey but totally worth the price

We had a great stay at this hotel, ideally located right by the Vieux-Port — perfect for walking around the city and enjoying the local vibes. The pool area was a major highlight: clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the view. Breakfast was tasty, although one morning felt a bit chaotic due to limited staff. Also, service by the pool could be improved — one of the attendants lacked professionalism and didn’t reflect the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Overall, we still really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back for the location, comfort, and poolside relaxation. 4/5 – Great spot with room for small service improvements.

overrated hotel with high pricing positiv: • good international breakfast with lot of fresh fruits from 7-11 • big rooms with air condition • helpfull desk service and restaurant stuff (in the evening the waiter at the bar loved his job) • enough towls in the room and at the pool negativ • no lugage service to the room (expected in that price level) • we got two double rooms close to each other one with new bathroom one with old bathroom with drainage problems, one air condition was not working in a proper way • dirty main floors from elevator to rooms with old dishes and waste (also when house keeping was active in that floor) • awful pool service, dirty dishes and glases everywhere, bar girl was only present to tell whats not possible, no service at all the first days. Last day a change to service level by change with the bar-man • small pool (internet pictures looks bigger) • very high pricing (coke 0,33 in Dirty Glas at the pool for 8€, Cocktails 15 € plus) • noisy rooms to the street, Harbour view is okay, more quiet rooms to the rear At all a city Hotel which is okay but at This price level compared to other Radisson blu or other hotels there is much room for improvement. Who is not looking for a Hotel Pool will find better options close by.
