Pool is so nice! The river is right next to the hotel which means so many nice birds above while swimming 😊
Amazing view!!! And great service. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rooom had amenities including water bottles, dental set, bath gels, iron, etc. They should change the pillows in the room 🙏🏽 They also have a huge conference center with several rooms (see pics).
This hotel is only 7 years old, but it is not well-maintained. Room design is nice, but things look old or broken. My first was terrible due to a mouse being in the room. It took a long time to get staff to respond. They tore the room apart to get to the mouse, but it escaped into the wall. The hotel was full, so they couldn't give me another room until the next day. I finally got back in bed at around 1:30AM. The hotel wouldn't discount the price of the room for that night. Other issues that came up required repeated calls or visits to the front desk to get resolved. On the positive side, security was very good, and the restaurants had tasty food. Both the restaurants and rooms are overpriced.
