I didn't stay inside or use any of the hotel's services, but I spent some time around the property. From what I saw, the location is quite central and accessible. The hotel exterior looks modern clean and well-maintained. Security presence seemed strong, and the entrance area was calm and quiet. It gives of a luxury vibe and seems suitable for both business and holiday travelers.

The hotel is not in a very exclusive environment and it is strange that anyone other than hotel guests can enter, as it is also a mall. The business room is well equipped, but the cleanliness and housekeeping leave something to be desired. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful, the same cannot be said about the waiters in the restaurant, who practically treat the guests as guests. They do not offer drinks and are not helpful. We would have liked to have a glass of wine with dinner, but we did not have the opportunity to do so. The hotel also offers conference facilities and it is very frustrating that almost exclusively men who are thought to be dressed walk around the hotel, take pictures of each other and occupy the elevators at almost all hours of the day, reacting aggressively if the elevator does not go where they want. The confectionery operating in the hotel is refreshing, they serve very delicious cookies here. Dinner and breakfast are well-stocked, although it would be expected in a 5-star international hotel chain not to feature exclusively Indian cuisine...

Be careful, hotel not well-equipped to handle emergencies: During a recent fire, the lack of preparedness was astounding. The stairwell exits were jammed, and the outside exits were chained and locked. Only the main hotel lobby was open with really flaccid fire alarms. Staff was walking around misinforming people about the severity of the situation, there seemed to be no fire safety protocol. People were encouraged to use the lift when the fire was caused by an electrical situation. There should be a proper protocol, and decisive action during a fire, big or small! The building, staff, and practical infrastructure maintenance all come together to form an unintentional death trap if you are experiencing an emergency. I am never stepping foot into that hotel, or that entire building, ever again. Frankly, I am now scared of going to any big mall, and will be scouting for a way out while entering. If you have to stay there, be careful, familiarize yourself with exits and the layout, and whatever you do, do not trust what the staff say. Also the food there sucks, don't waste your money. You are better off going to a nearby mall or restaurant.
