Akash at the front desk is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. He handled every request promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. His attention to detail, courteous demeanor, and deep knowledge of the property stood out. Akash is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and excellence in customer service. He is a true asset to the team and deserves full recognition for his efforts.

I got an early check-in at 12.30 pm and was relieved after a very long journey. The Superior King room (3 occupancy) is very large. Facilities in the room are top notch. The lobby in the ground floor has lot of seating space to meet and greet visitors. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory though I would not recommend the bread section. Croissant and pastries were cold and did not seem fresh. Due to metro construction, there was lot of traffic buildup and diversions to reach here.

We stayed in the presidential suite for 16 days. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. My son has a nut allergy and the chefs personally took care of his dietary requirements. The housekeeping staff were through and available whenever needed. The only downside was the traffic congestion right outside due to metro construction. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to India.
