We had a layover in Tallinn exactly on my boyfriend’s birthday, and staying at Radisson Blu made the day truly special. The hotel surprised us with a lovely gesture in the room, and at breakfast, they also brought a small cake with a candle, which made the morning even more memorable. The atmosphere created by the hotel made his birthday feel even more special and meaningful for us. Thank you to all the staff for their attention to detail and kindness. We truly appreciated everything!
We had very good experience in Radisson Blue Olumpia Hotel. Very good service on reception. They are always willing to help and do their best. Quite good breakfast for the 4-star hotel, which is very pleasant. If you like spas with good views, then this hotel will be hard to beat. Amazing views over the baltic sea and old town from the spa on the 26th floor. Great value for money overall.
I usually have great experiences with Radisson hotels, especially when traveling with my dog, there are usually small touches like treats or a toy, and service is always professional. Unfortunately, Radisson Hotel Olympia in Tallinn didn’t meet many standards as “Radisson” brand….. We stayed 2 night, paid €30 per night for our dog, but nothing was prepared no treats, no water bowl, nothing. Reception felt rushed and unfriendly on arrival. We stayed two nights and followed the instructions to request cleaning by hanging the sign before 12:00, well we did it early in the morning, but no one came. Our neighbors had their room cleaned, so it was clearly a mistake on the hotel’s side. In the evening we only received fresh towels, with no apology or compensation. Ironically, the best service we received was during check-out from a young boy trainee who was far more polite than the regular staff. Overall, the hotel itself is fine, but these small issues had a big impact on our stay. It’s a shame, because this property doesn’t reflect the Radisson standards, and i know what standards Radisson brand have. I hope the management takes this feedback into account, and I would appreciate a response.😌
