Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi

Excellent stay – especially thanks to Mr. Vincent! I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and comfortable — especially the pickup service, which was punctual and professional. I really appreciated not having to worry about transportation after a long trip. What made the biggest difference, though, was the kindness and hospitality of Mr. Vincent. He greeted me warmly every single day with a bright smile and genuine care. His consistent friendliness made me feel truly welcome and at home, even in a place far from home. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. The room itself was clean and cozy. Overall, everything about my stay was great, but Mr. Vincent’s warm presence made it exceptional. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful! Very well curated menu, extremely well prepared and very personalized service by the entire team. Couldn't hv asked for more!! To add to it, recovering a gold ring from the Banquet Hall just adds up to the "Faith & Trust" in your team! May you soar to greater heights!!
