Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Zakopane

I had an amazing experience at Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – especially at the reception. A huge thank you to Zaneta and Wiktoria at the front desk – they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm welcome and helpful attitude made my stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities are top-notch. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended – and again, thank you Zaneta and Wiktoria for making my stay unforgettable!

The hotel is nice and accommodating, we booked 3 apartments for a group of 6, so each 2 can stay in an apartment as they had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. However, on the first night, one of the apartments was missing a fan and the other had head lamp that wasn’t working and when we tried to reach the front desk its like an impossible job as no one ever answers. On top of that, when we tried to order food like at 11 pm from room service, they boldly claimed that they will take too long to deliver it and I should order and pick it up myself with a tray from the other side of the building as the main lobby and apartments are separated. Overall, the service is not quite there for a 5-star hotel and that all happened on the first night. Hope the remaining nights are better.

Review – ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Not Up to 5-Star Standards I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short in several key areas. What Worked: The staff were polite and professional, and the location is convenient for getting around, within walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the room was clean on arrival. What Didn’t: The room was noticeably small, with barely enough space to move around or store luggage, not what you’d expect from a 5-star property. The shower didn’t drain properly, and water regularly seeped out into the rest of the bathroom, creating a wet, slippery mess. There were very few electrical outlets, making it inconvenient to charge phones, laptops, and other devices. No coffee machine in the room — a surprising omission for a hotel claiming five stars. No weighing scales available, even at reception, a small but useful detail, especially for international travelers. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and repetitive, with little variety or freshness. After the second day, it became something to skip rather than look forward to. Also, the pillows are really flat.
