Room was spotlessly clean & felt like recently renovated. Although building from outside surely need some maintenance but interiors were clean. All facilities including pools, restaurants, cafes & health club were amazing. Temperature was controlled in the pools & swimming accessories available on site. We had our breakfast in FLAVOURS restaurant and from our arrival till departure, servers were all at our service. Well trained & managed the guests accordingly. Vast variety of food options available and all were delicious. Check-in process however was a pain. Check-in time was 3 however we reached around 3:30, still had to wait for 1.5 hours due to non-availability of rooms. Many people were waiting & shouting, asking for manager. Obviously staff can't do anything here except an apology. Guests delaying their check-out cause this.

A bit pricey for a four star hotel compared to the various five star options. But its a spacious resort, with a nice garden and a great pool. Booked a studio room and 2 superior rooms which are situated in the garden and there is parking space for these rooms. The gym is exquisite - the best gym I have seen in any hotel. The rooms could be better. Its spacious, but looks a bit old. One of the rooms' AC was not up to the mark and it was surprising to learn from the engineer, upon complaining, that two similar rooms, with the same price, had difference AC units.
