From the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of incredible. We were warmly welcomed by Judy at the front desk, who was not only professional but truly lovely — she made us feel right at home. Judy went above and beyond to upgrade our stay and even arranged for us to attend a fantastic jazz show, where we had an amazing view of the Shanghai skyline. A truly unforgettable evening! She even recommended a nail shop for us ! The service throughout the hotel was consistently top-tier. The doormen were always friendly and helpful, greeting us with a smile each time we came and went. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every day, with great attention to detail, and all the staff interactions felt genuine and caring . The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the food was equally impressive. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The entertainment options were a great touch, and we loved how everything was so well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Judy and the entire team for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanghai!

Fantastic hotel in the center of Shanghai close to shopping malls and museums. Also near to the metro station People Square. It is a remarkable building in the city We stayed here for a short holiday and we enjoyed this hotel very much. The hotel rooms are large, well prepared and clean. Great and friendly service from the hotel staff! There is a very nice swimming pool, sauna and gym available. This is one of our top favourite hotels in our travel history! We will return!
