Super hotel, lovely breakfast and big room's. About 15 - 20 minutes from city centre to Limerick and dinner menu is expensive 🫰 Small pool but few brand new saunas. Jacuzzi outside and around hotel is walk way and lots of animals like alpham. I enjoyed staying. I recommended this hotel and be back for sure 😎

First, I want to be clear that the people here were wonderful. The service was (mostly - see below) great, and everyone was friendly. The restaurant food was good, and our presidential suite - though a bit dated and with a broken shower - was huge and had a nice view. But we only lasted one night of our planned eight. We understand that not every hotel in Ireland has air conditioning, so we were diligent in checking this before booking. Their website states, and I quote, "All rooms come equipped with air-conditioning." We even called ahead to confirm and were told the rooms had air conditioning. So, we booked it. Upon arrival, the room was unbearably hot and stale. There was no air conditioning and no air circulation. We contacted the front desk to see if we were missing something. The staff said there should be a remote and that they’d send maintenance. About 10 minutes later, we got a call informing us that the hotel did not, in fact, have air conditioning. Mistakes happen, and clearly the corporate office isn’t on the same page as the local hotel. But our biggest gripe is how it was handled. When we asked for a refund for the unused nights so we could find a hotel that met our needs (this wasn’t our fault, and we were very understanding), we were told they would "make an exception" - as long as we were out by noon the next day. So we spent the rest of our evening and night scrambling to research hotels again. While there are hotels in Limerick with air conditioning, none had availability. We ended up having to book one all the way back in Dublin. We would have been happy to pay for the night we stayed and would have appreciated a more reasonable window to rebook elsewhere (we only needed one extra day to make some options work). But their "exception" was to be out by noon. End of story. I suppose we were fortunate to be refunded the rest of the stay, but I don’t think this was handled well at all. This was a mistake on Radisson’s part - not ours - and it put a significant burden on us and disrupted our plans in a major way.
