Radisson Blu Hotel Tashkent

We recently hosted our National Day celebration at Radisson Blu on behalf of the Embassy of the Netherlands, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, the cooperation was smooth and effortless. A special thanks to Elena, the event manager, who immediately understood our needs and ensured every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and care. The service throughout was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious a highlight for many of our guests. The entire team was attentive, responsive, and made sure everything ran perfectly on the day of the event. We’re truly grateful for the outstanding support and hospitality, and we look forward to future collaboration. Thank you, Radisson Blu!

Excellent hotel! Great service, location, clean, staff knows English, Russian. I liked the bathroom, complimentary water everywhere - in the room and hallways. I couldn’t find anything negative about this hotel. I am coming back!

The staff at the property are kind and polite, which I appreciate. However, my overall experience as an in-house guest over the past two days has been quite disappointing. There has been no hot water in my room since I checked in. Despite repeatedly raising the issue with the reception, I’ve only been told that it’s “being fixed,” but nothing has been done. On top of that, the water coming from the sink is light brown in color, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective. No service recovery other than repeated verbal assurances that the issue is being looked into. For a property of this standard, I expected far better maintenance, communication, and customer service. Very disappointing
