Radisson Blu Hotel Trondheim Airport

Nice location when travelling with plane. Nice room and bed. Bad view and no minibar. Restaurant didn't have what was on the menu, and the food and plate seemed microwave heated and dry. Staff in restaurant were more preoccupied with each other than with guests. Staff in reception were professional and nice.

Poor ventilation in this hotel. On my work trips we unfortunately have to stay here. It is very poor ventilation, windows that can't be opened and the temperature cannot be adjusted either. There are a few rooms that work nice but not so easy to get them. Fantastic breakfast and very nice staff.

I would like to share two things that happen to me this week in this hotel. First thing, I wanted to heat my food, and I asked in reception, the only place where you can do it. So they have to stop their job and go inside to heat it. I did it and unfortunately they dropped my food. Well that can happens, but the actitude later, nobody said me nothing and no any solution. I picked the rest of my food on the floor and leave the place. I can't understand that kind of service in this type of hotel. And second thing, today I worked really early in the morning, so I need to rest in the afternoon, so I was sleeping and someone opened my room, I think it was housekeeping. Anyway, second behavior that is not according with this type of hotel.
