Radisson Blu Hotel Wroclaw

A really nice hotel located very close to the river, and within walking distance of many of the things you want to see and experience in the city. The breakfast was really good and the room was nice, big and clean with a great bed. Staff was helpful arranging a taxi to pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Can recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw

I am very happy with service and stay at Radisson Blu Wroclaw. The amenities were great here. The reception and the cleaning staff deserve a special shout out for their hard work. I want l to specifically praise our bartender, Aleksander. He was kind, welcoming, and proactive. I hope I can enjoy his help during my next stay here.

I recently stayed 10 nights at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The location is brilliant within close walking distance to the city center, one of the best shopping malls, and the beautiful river, while still offering the quiet and charm of the park nearby. Arrival and parking were smooth and safe thanks to a well-lit, clean and nice garage (enough space to drive comfortable in and out). The check-in area is easily accessible from there. The hotel’s design is elegant and classic, with a calming atmosphere that makes you feel welcome right away. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, offering excellent bedding with a selection of pillows for optimal comfort. Rooms come with all the amenities one could hope for, including bathrobes, slippers, a safe, hair conditioner, and even an iron with ironing board. The furnishings are high-quality wood, the room showing attention to detail even in small touches. Breakfast is varied and good quality, with fresh bread, fruits, and everything you would expect. I also used the room service several times and was impressed by the quick delivery and great taste! Special thanks to the staff, who go above and beyond 24/7, I felt always welcomed with professionalism and warmth. It’s clear that this team is deeply committed to offering memorable stays. The gym was also great, not too big but well equipped for a workout and cardio, clean towels and water available, and everything looked inviting. Though I didn’t have time to use the spa, it appeared charming and serene. I appreciated the availability of refillable water bottles in the room, a thoughtful detail that avoids unnecessary waste or requests. One minor point of critique was my experience at the bar. The approach felt a bit too bold for the hotel’s overall refined tone (to my taste). A touch more elegance, sensitivity and cocktail mixing expertise would better match the concept. All in all, this hotel feels like a place with soul and this is also the result of hard, dedicated work behind the scenes and the management. It truly stands out among other hotels in the city.
