I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The location was also perfect — close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere and service were outstanding! We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which made our stay in central Riga truly memorable and comfortable. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and quick to assist with anything we needed, always making sure we felt well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing thermal area and the generous, tasty breakfast selection. Huge thanks for such a fantastic experience—we’re already looking forward to coming back!
Excellent atmosphere and staff! Upon arrival, we received a very pleasant surprise—a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which allowed us to enjoy an outstanding, high-quality stay in the heart of Riga. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in on how we were feeling and swiftly and efficiently providing everything extra we needed! We also had a wonderful time in the thermal spa area and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Many thanks—our stay was exceptional! We will definitely be back!
