Radisson Blu Park Hotel Athens

The rooms are so incredibly comfortable and the pool/bar/restaurant on the roof is lovely. The location is a 20 minute walk from the main tourist area, although the world class National Archeological Museum is right around the corner. Personally I like this location better than places in Plaka. I only gave it four stars because I think a lot of people might think it a bit far away. The service is very good- I just reserve five stars for luxury hotels.

Outstanding hotel. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. But even better is the roof top restaurant. OUTSTANDING CHIEF! The food is amazing! Had a pasta dish with salmon and caviar WONDERFUL! Apple pie that is out of this . Can’t even describe it. must come for roof top for dinner. Music and view Is great too.

I was expecting a lot from this hotel, given its 5 stars. Unfortunately, it was slightly disappointing. As a 5 star hotel and considering the cost, I expect the service to be exceptional. We stayed 5 nights and we only got our room cleaned once by housekeeping, and only because we requested it to be done. We also had to request extra pillows not once but twice because our request was not followed up on. There was also mould all throughout the shower which made me concerned regarding the hotel’s cleanliness. The staff at the pool bar were also very inefficient and inattentive. The main positive is the rooftop restaurant as the staff were lovely and the food was delicious.
