Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat

I recently had a wonderful two-night stay at the Radisson Blu Karjat with my mother, and it was the perfect getaway for some much-needed relaxation. Our room was a highlight of the stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the pool view from our window was absolutely beautiful. The room's location also provided a truly scenic view of the surrounding area, making it a peaceful and serene place to unwind. The staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly polite and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. And the food... wow! I can't express how good the food was. Every meal was delicious, and it was a real treat for our taste buds. The only minor challenge was the journey to the resort, as the road leading up to it was a bit bumpy. However, once we arrived, the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere made the ride entirely worth it. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Karjat. It's an excellent place for a relaxing stay, especially if you're traveling with your family.

A Truly Memorable Anniversary Stay! We had an amazing experience during our recent stay! We had originally booked a Superior room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room. Since it was our anniversary, I had requested for some special arrangements. Although the room decoration, bouquet, and cake were mentioned as chargeable, to our surprise, the hotel made it all complimentary — such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The hotel also has a fun park, and our 1-year-old had a great time in the kids’ play zone. We had opted for the half-board option and were impressed with the variety and quality of the food spread at both breakfast and dinner. Overall, the staff was incredibly courteous, the service was top-notch, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. A truly memorable stay — would highly recommend it for families and couples alike!

We’ve stayed at several Radisson properties across Maharashtra, and unfortunately, this one didn’t quite live up to the usual Radisson standards. That said, the location is undoubtedly beautiful and scenic. However, do keep in mind that if you’re visiting over a weekend, travel time may be longer due to traffic congestion near the bridge leading to the property. The resort offers a variety of room types. We had initially booked an Executive Room but were upgraded to a tent. While the tents are quite secluded—making them ideal for couples—they are located far from the main area and offer very little sound insulation, so you can hear everything around you. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the service was attentive. The biggest letdown was the food. We opted for a half-board package and chose the buffet for dinner. While the spread was extensive, the food was cold, and unfortunately, we had the same experience at breakfast. It seems the property may struggle to maintain quality when handling large weekend crowds. Overall, a picturesque setting and good service, but improvements are definitely needed in food quality and overall guest experience to meet the expectations of the Radisson brand.
