The stay was great!! The apartment was clean and great environment! The staff were amazing and very friendly. The management of the housekeeping, Somia, was very kindly and helpful with all of our needs!! We had a great experience in here! Highly recommended!
We had a relaxing stay at the Radisson Blu Residences in Al Hoceima. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, which made it perfect for a peaceful family getaway. We loved the calm surroundings, and easy access to the beach—it really helped us unwind.
Absolutely not worth even one star! Our room was never cleaned during our stay, and the staff completely ignored our requests. Despite what was advertised on their website, breakfast was not included. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff at the counter were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping guests. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 5-star rating — it’s misleading and unacceptable.🤮
