As someone who just started working in the animation team here, I’m truly impressed by this resort. It’s my first time at this hotel, and I can honestly say it has everything to offer beautiful design, excellent service, and top-quality facilities. I’m honestly surprised it’s not more full this 5-star hotel has so much potential and deserves to be experienced. We’re ready and waiting for you, dear guests. Extremely disappointed with the Reception check-in. What a total mess. It seems like they are not trained, no manager on site, and it took us over an hour to check in. Plus, the staff didn't organize the visitors in lines, so it got so disorderly and frustrating. Reception staff didn’t smile, didn’t feel like they enjoyed their job, and made us feel unwelcome. We sucked it up just for the kids. Later that evening, I wanted to extend my stay, but no reception staff could help me, I could not believe it. They said come back tomorrow. When back, they told me come back later because the marketing guy hasn't announced the daily price yet. What??!! This was surreal. I ended up checking out immediately because I am not going to throw my money to this place, and then I checked into a different hotel. Food was average, definitely not 5-star. I hope people find this useful, and the hotel stakeholders can see this and fix it.

Waiting for hours without a clear explanation or any commercial gesture is unworthy of the advertised standard. An experience that certainly does not make you want to return. would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for there poor service
