My last stay at Radisson Blu Ostróda was exceptional, largely thanks to Kasia at the reception and Ola at the bar. Nice room with all necessary amenities. Also one of the biggest pluses is an aqua park and kids space a la Montessori. Reach breakfast in restaurant Grus for everyone and kids play zone. You'll find a lot of activities for all family members (squash, spa, bowling, gym, game zone, club and etc) Also wants to mention a staff members. Starting from reception check-in with Kasia's welcoming smile and helpfulness made every interaction a delight, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Ola's expertise in mixology and her ability to create a friendly, engaging atmosphere elevated our evenings. Both went above and beyond, embodying the hotel's commitment to outstanding service. Highly recommended for a memorable experience. Thank you for making our stay special and memorable. For sure will be back during summer.
Great hotel, very cosy and picturesque. Swallows building their nests on the balconies make the stay that much more peaceful :) Lava e Sal spa is a separate experience - amazing massages and perfect service make for exceptional relaxation.
Generally not bad: nice location by the lake, sandy beach, large pools and spa amenities outside and inside, playroom for children, lot of space on green grass, spacious car park, comfortable rooms. Everything fresh and clean. But: long lines to the reception (we waited standing 1 hour to be checked in !!!) .My advice: please use a numbering system like in the doctor's line so people can sit down. Avoid rooms on 3rd level placed under sloping roof without normal windows and balconies (only small roof windows). "Great merit" to the construction designer and investor for the implementation of such poor idea in a new building that costed millions. This is not 5 stars hotel ! No afternoon room service, no lagguage service, not competent staff in the restaurant. No beach beds, no umbrellas, few foldable small deckchairs, no hotel beach with service.
