Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah

I would like to express my deep appreciation for my stay at this wonderful hotel. I truly enjoyed the beautiful view, the spotless cleanliness of the room, and the peaceful atmosphere that made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. My sincere thanks go to all the hotel staff for their efforts and excellent service, especially Mohamed Hefny and Benjamin for their warm welcome, constant smiles, and outstanding hospitality, which left me with the best impression. We really love the hotel, amazing view of sea from every window, nice rooms, great service. The food in Breeze restaurant are really delicious, everything is fresh, a lot of diversity of meal’s options. The service on high level too, everyone is ready to help, care about drinks, etc. Especially thanks to Benjamin, he is always nice, ready to help, to answer all questions, always interested if everything is fine. I was excited to stay at Radisson Blu Fujairah, expecting the typical five-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to those expectations. When we arrived, the room was humid and slippery, my daughter even slipped because of it. The curtains were not closing properly, and it took them over three hours to fix. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that showering became a real struggle. The furniture was old and worn out, and some drawers and doors didn’t work properly. Also, simple things like facial tissues weren’t in the room when we got there and I had to ask for them. Lots of areas clearly need some serious renovation, and the lighting was quite dim. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a proper five-star place. On the positive side, the view from the room was amazing, and the location of the hotel nestled in a mountain area , made the surroundings truly beautiful and peaceful. The beach and swimming pool were also very nice. The reception and room service teams were really friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ranjeet and Durgesh from housekeeping who did a great job. If you’re looking for luxury or true five-star service, this hotel might let you down. But if you just want a relaxing beach location with great views and a place to sleep, it could work.
