Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc Resort for 3 days and 2 nights, and I was truly impressed with the quality of service here. Location: The hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas. There's also a nice coffee shop, night market, and walking street nearby. Room: The room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, linens smelled fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was modern with hot/cold water and complete toiletries. Service: The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Check-in was quick, and they were always ready to help. I asked for an extra pillow and received it within 5 minutes. Thank you Reception Mr. Felix and Manager Ms.Selyn for supported our family during stay at resort. They are so kindly, helpful and professional. Facilities: The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and a varied breakfast buffet that changes daily. The Wi-Fi was strong and stable. A great value hotel with service that exceeded my expectations. If I come back, I’ll definitely choose Radisson Blu Phu Quoc Resort again.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist and provide advice when needed. Thank you Sophia, Fiona, Jasmine and Selyn for support our team.The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the city center and popular attractions. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The price is reasonable compared to the quality of service offered. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Spacious, Comfortable Stay with Luxury Casino & Beach Access Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed with Muslim showers, walk-in showers, and separate bathtubs. Great value for money. We also booked a suite connected to a twin-bed room — the suite had a large sitting area, an extra half-washroom, and was ideal for families. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and polite. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough during hotter hours. The hotel connects to one of the best casinos in the area and offers a 3-minute complimentary buggy ride to Grand World — a major shopping and entertainment hub. It also has direct beach access with nearby shisha lounges and beachfront cafes. There’s a large pool with plenty of seating and a poolside bar — the coconut water served here was especially refreshing and delicious. Buffet breakfast is indoors & outdoors with a good variety, and the reception lobby is grand and upscale. The spa wasn’t impressive, but there are many massage centres nearby. Overall, a great stay with everything you need close by. The hotel felt safe overall, with security cameras installed throughout the property. However, one concern I had was with the in-room safe it wasn’t fixed or attached to the cabinet. This means anyone could easily pick it up and walk away with it, which defeats the purpose of having a safe in the room.
