Radisson Blu Resort Saidia Beach

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, especially thanks to the animation team that kept us engaged and filled our days with fun activities instead of boredom. I would like to sincerely thank the entire animation team for their great work _ especially Dounia, who made a remarkable difference in our stay.

We had booked the Garden Resort, but since it was still closed, we were moved to the Beach Resort. Unfortunately, we don’t speak Arabic or French, and the staff’s English wasn’t very good. Still, they were extremely helpful and very customer-oriented. We had a spacious room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work properly and we had a lot of trouble with mosquitoes and ants in the room. Because of my work, I stay in many hotels, but this hotel had a very good and extensive breakfast buffet, which was really delicious. A great combination of Moroccan food and Western breakfast. The pool was large and nice and quiet. We didn’t play golf, but the course looked well designed and maintained. Summary: Pros: • Spacious rooms • Friendly staff • Good breakfast Cons: • Poor air conditioning • Staff don’t speak English With a few small improvements, this could be a great hotel!

Bad costumers service, they refused to allow us to early check in even though there is availability, we have an 8 months baby who was super tired and we arrived 3hours early but they kept us waiting in the lobby (i repeat there is available rooms, and we didn’t mind to pay extra fee). I recommend BE LIVE instead we had a very pleasant experience there and it’s better in every aspect. I would not come back to RADISSON 😡👎🏻
