The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained gardens, spacious rooms, and all the comforts you'd expect from a 5-star resort. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible entertainment team. A special shoutout goes to HAKIM, who is an absolute star! His energy, charisma, and genuine passion for making guests feel welcome and entertained made every activity—from aqua gym to evening shows—something to look forward to. He has a unique talent for bringing people together and making everyone feel included, whether you're dancing by the pool or enjoying the nighttime performances. The Dream Team of entertainers was constantly smiling, engaging, and full of positive vibes. They made the days vibrant and the nights magical. Thanks to them, every moment was filled with laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories.

The gardens and pool areas are stunning and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the entertainment team they brought so much energy and joy every day! A special thanks to Hakim, without a doubt the best entertainer. His charisma, humor, and positive attitude made every activity more fun and memorable. Radisson Team, I’ve already left my honest review, but I need to say it again: this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Calling this a 5-star hotel is a joke. The place was dirty, cheap, and completely misrepresented. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were cleaner and better managed. Your customer service was weak, unprofessional, and frankly, a disgrace. Stop fooling people with fake standards. You seriously need to step up or stop calling yourselves a premium hotel. Absolutely unacceptable
