This hotel was nice. It had a spacious pool and we loved the private beach. The rooms were good but not the absolute cleanest. The cups that they had to offer in the rooms were very dirty and I mean VERY DIRTY. The room service is a bit slow The breakfast was nice and had a lot of selections to choose from. The hammam was absolutely wonderful. The biggest downside of this hotel was that they did not have AC in the lobby nor the hallway, so you were practically sweating the second the elevator doors opened.

Very nice hotel, all amenities are high level, pools and beach areas are clean. Good breakfast however meat cold cuts are cheap, not 5*. Service at the breakfast could be better too. Spa is nice and affordable (I took Balinese massage), however the service is not 5* again. There were welcome drinks at the reception when I arrived but then they disappeared). Overall I had a nice stay and enjoyed the time.

Ignore old reviews. It is a new hotel Overcharged, made mistake, and did not fix it. Its impossible to talk to get past the phone operator and talk to someone who has some responsibility! The hotel is new and they have some things to fix. I had patience during the whole stay but at the very end they really messed up. They were supposed to cancel my deposit, which they claimed they did. As I was getting to the airport, they called me and said that they made a mistake and they asked for my credit card number again. Since I have no trust in the front desk there after multiple error, I told them to just reverse the transaction. I also asked to be contacted by a manager, Since then, my money has not been refunded. its 100% thievery and no one contacted me. I called every 2-3 days for a week and it's impossible to talk to someone other than the phone operator. She refuses to connect me to a manager, or connect me to the accounting department or any other help. She also did not even apologize. The beach is nice and the hotel is new, but the bartender can give you a drink with an insect inside, or the facilities may not work, or you can simply be unrightfully charged and not get refunded... Too bad they don't show any effort and the management clearly does not even care to even talk to the customer.
