Excellent hotel, very relaxed atmosphere, but plenty to do for families, with no pushy photographers or sales people (a bug bear - some people don't mind it). Great mixture of pools, games, sports pitches and classes, which are on throughout the day, everyday, such a dedicated and friendly team. Rooms are spotless and well appointed. Food from the buffet is varied and excellent, always something nice to eat, plus a variety of lunches from the three bars/restaurants. The spa is a nice bonus, had a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage from Angela, she did an excellent job and managed to peal away months of tightness and pain. Would highly recommend getting a treatment.

We were there as a family with 2 toddlers and enjoyed the stay. Hotel is new, clean. For buffet food it was tasty with changing offerings. The beach was 13' walking, just couple of minutes to next grocery. What could be improved: bed was too soft for my taste, the bed sheets slipped off the mattress all the time. The service could be improved too, you have to get the beer at the pool, no one serving, on the other hand I saved a lot of money thanks to that 😄 Friendliness isn't bad for Spain, but compared with Thailand room to improve. Kids club staff is rather passive, don't expect that they really do much with kids. Overall we had a nice, calm holiday, great room with great balcony, exactly what we were looking for.

Very nice hotel, in my opinion a good 4 star, some aspects are a little tired and need updating. Room very comfortable, great shower and decor. Fridge, kettle safe all included. Very comfortable sun loungers on large balcony. Quiet pool very nice, plenty of sun beds, but we didn't go in main season, pool bar great service and food. Breakfast very good choices, didn't eat at the main restaurant. The staff 5 star, great stay.
