The venue is spotless and the staff were friendly and very attentive throughout our stay. The Suite was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Room service and Concierge teams were helpful and knowledgeable and breakfast provided a wide choice. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from Split old town or a 40 minute walk along the sea front. Good spa facilities, pools and access down steps to a busy beach and beach bar. The staff, without doubt, made the stay very enjoyable.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived! Our check-in was smooth and friendly, thanks to Roko at the reception, such a great first impression. Each morning, Petra, Birol, and the breakfast team made sure we were well looked after. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and fresh options. The staff by the pool were also super kind and attentive, even giving us great tips for places to visit in the area. Thank you Sara, Jakov, Augustin and Kristijan for the outstanding service at the pool bar! Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sea view. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the new Žnjan beach, where you'll find lots of sports activities. Getting to the city center only takes about 10 minutes by car, so it’s a perfect base to explore Split and beyond. We also made good use of the gym and other hotel facilities during our stay. Overall, a great hotel with everything you need but what really stood out was the team. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, helpful, and passionate about what they do. A big thank you to the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
This is a brilliant hotel with fantastic facilities. The staff are super friendly and cannot do enough for you. The breakfasts are one of the best we have ever had in a hotel, there is so much choice. We also ate in the hotel one evening, which was excellent too. Would happily return to the hotel. I would recommend booking rooms with sea facing views as they add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.
