It’s the staff that makes this place the best! The room is okay for what we paid and the location. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and made our stay perfect. Roland at the front desk had endless patience with us and was so helpful. The restaurant and spa employees were also wonderful. We got really lucky and saw the aurora from our balcony as a bonus.
Its not our first time here, but first time with a baby. We enjoyed the very good breakfast, and the entertainment and swimmingpool are in the hotel, petfect for small children. And dont forget the nature, and activities outside! We loved it
This is a great location to stay at for visiting Trysil. The hotel itself is surrounded by a big parking lot (with a charge to guests as well). You can reach ski school meeting points in seconds and you arr connected with the wider ski area shortly after taking on your skis. The service in the hotel is not really existing. Young, but friendly enough staff, but with little sense of offering a charming experience for guests. Food in the half board is okay’ish. This is not the reason to go here. It makes you full and that is it. After five days of this buffet you’ll be longing for a chance. It’s much the same every day. Pool area is big but no features to make it much fun for kids. An easy win if they invested a little bit (look at the pool in Sälen for inspiration!). Rooms and hotel is clean!
