Had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Visakhapatnam. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and reflected true 5-star service. The staff across the board – front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant – were courteous, efficient, and attentive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. A special shoutout to Faraz Ahmad, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with great care and thoughtfulness. His kindness, professionalism, and proactive support made a lasting impression. The resort is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. Just a short walk takes you to the serene shore – perfect for relaxing and recharging. One area for improvement: the path from the back of the resort to the beach passes by the workers' toilets, which unfortunately emit a very unpleasant odor. It detracts from the otherwise peaceful and luxurious experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses this soon – the same high standards of cleanliness and presentation extended to guest areas should be maintained for staff facilities as well. Overall, a beautiful property with top-tier service.

I arranged a birthday dinner for my nephew at Radisson Blu, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Even though I wasn’t in India, everything was planned over the phone—and the team handled it beautifully. The decorations with balloons were lovely, the cake was delicious, and the whole setup felt really special. A big shoutout to Pinakendu, who made sure everything went smoothly, and to Pushpa, our amazing server—so warm and attentive! My entire family was super impressed. The hospitality was top-notch. Thank you, Radisson Blu, for making it such a memorable evening!
