We were with a tour group and got allocated the tiniest most impractical room (306). It was so small the door opened out into the corridor. The closet was too small to accommodate coat hangers and there was only enough space for one person to walk round the bed. The breakfast was good and we loved the 5-7pm happy hour.
Room was clean and big. Animal friendly. Breakfast basic. But you can't eat there. Hotel is not really a hotel, cause the restaurant has been closed for a year now. When you arrive in the afternoon, there is no way to eat or grab a snack. When you are with kids, book a table in some restaurant in the city in advance, in high season hard to find a place. I think if you offer dinner when you check in you should be honest and say that you dont have restaurant. If we knew about it while checking in i would change a hotel(we have been informed we can eat until 21:30).Also update your booking.com and your webpage so everybody knows.
Good location, clean solid rooms. Apart of offering gluten free bread (common in Radisson hotels) is the selection of food during breakfast quite limited. No VIP status recognition.
