Love 2 big park next to the hotel , enjoy jogging every morning here and also have a street food for late dinner around the hotel

Hotel Structure is nice, location good for my purpose. Behavior of staff does not fit to 5star hotel: Unable to tell the deposit amount before charging the card. Unable to book a taxi, had to wait outside in the rain for a taxi which never shows up even though I'm paying upfront and extra for a short distance. Blocking the breakfast buffet to chat with each other. Staying here once is one time too much.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing on multiple levels. The whirlpool was in poor condition, with several missing tiles – not only unsightly but also a potential safety hazard. Staff members were seen lounging on the pool chairs during their shift, which came across as unprofessional. The changing rooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly. Additionally, the sauna that was also promoted online does not exist. Even more misleading was the Executive Lounge, which is still being advertised on the hotel's website despite being closed for over a year. Overall, the condition of the facilities was poor, and the hotel did not meet the standards it claims to offer. I checked out early.
