First off.. do not trust the negative reviews about unclean carpets. it was quite clean and great smelling ambience amazing location connecting you to the airport and centre.. the staff are amazing. in particular Michal was super helpful and guided me so well and being a VIP in Radisson i truly enjoyed the stay

Very good hotel for a business trip. Everything is perfect, including car underground parking. Only con is that you can hear what is going on behind your room door (sound isolation), but this is not a big issue for me. Recommend this hotel for a business trips! After one week I will return to this place again! :)

Positive points: comfy bed, convenient location for my trip, fast reception services, two restaurants one for breakfast and one for bar and food throughout the day. Negative points: the two rooms I tried are falling apart, the receptionists do not seem to leave notes for each other in their system and didn't seem to care to follow up issues personally, the floor seemed so dirty, the air conditioning didn't work properly (the air was stale and super warm in one room, warmer than the corridors and outside). Neutral: diverse breakfast options but not of above average quality Long story short: They upgraded my reserved room. It had some small issues but we were fine until suddenly the closet with its framework came down. It was traumatizing. They sent their engineering guy fast. He was very costumer oriented and helpful. He spoke English very fluently, better than many others at the hotel. He talked to the reception and they rapidly moved us to a second room. There the AC was awful. After changing its filter, it worked slightly better but the air was still stale and too warm. We tolerated because it was our last night there.
