Great location, friendly staff , the rooms are a little bit old, the pool needs more light and to be heated a little bit more, the breakfast is well served with many options
Breakfast service was great. Problem was WiFi never worked. When mentioned the issue to the front desk after checking in late the response was we will send a note to tech services in the morning. Not helpful or useful since I checked out at 0800.
I'm giving this one star because when I went there the first time we got complimentary drinks and we could drink by the pool, when we visited again there were no complimentary drinks and it's now prohibited to drink at the pool, when I complained the manager was very rude. I'm never going back. Oh and they charge you for parking which I have never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at that costs 1000 per night, absolutely ridiculous.
