Standard hotel rooms, which are well kept and clean. Pillows were great. AC was a little lacklustre. Location is great right by the water with lots of restaurants and sights all very close by. Service in this hotel was pretty subpar. Trying to get a drink at the pool was incredibly slow. Day of check out we had several hours of time before needing to leave for the airport but were informed that we could not use the pool, which was very disappointing.

This hotel has a great location, It’s clean and well-maintained. However, I do feel it does not deserve a five star because the hotel itself is very basic and does not do anything to go above and beyond. I feel like even my three star review is generous I forgot my phone charger and when I spoke to the front desk, they were unable to help me and I had to walk a block to a convenience store to buy one. Just a basic lobby and front desk. The room was clean but very basic. No blankets or duvet or comforter. Just sheets. There really was nothing special about this hotel and it definitely is not cheap. There are other reviews about a loud intermittent buzzing…yup did hear that. Asked the staff and they said “what noise?” I just think for the amount of money to stay at this hotel, they need to do better. Whatever happened to customer service and making guests feel important or special for choosing to stay at their hotel. Basically, I felt like I just paid to stay at a clean room for the night.

Going to the Gracie Abrams concert in Toronto we decided this would be a good location with access to multiple different sections of the city. Check in process was slow. The lobby was brutally hot. Beds were uncomfortable. The only plus was the view of CN Tower. We went to the pool at 9:30 bartender didn’t even wanna let us have a drink because the pool closed at 10. When it closed, we made our way back to our room only to not be able to get back in as the key was not responsive. After four trips up and down to the lobby and just continuously being given a new key despite me explaining there was no feedback from the door mechanism They finally decided to join us and realized the batteries were dead and could not even be opened with the master key. We then had to wait 45 minutes for maintenance to try to break into our hotel room with a coat hanger. We finally were let back into the room And not even 10 minutes later we had some management staff knock on our door and tell us we needed to be quiet and go to bed at 11 o’clock at night on a Friday….just after waiting outside our door for 45 minutes to get back into our room. We were not listening to music. We did not have TV on just four girls laying in bed, laughing about the ridiculous situation we were just in and we were reprimanded for it despite paying over $700 a night. We would never stay here again and highly recommend to look for another accommodation rather than staying here. Definitely not worth what we paid for.
