Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina

Lovely hotel - rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for one night before our flight back - excellent location especially given the complimentary shuttle to and from airport which goes every 30min - very convenient if you want to drop off your car before you fly back. Staff were wonderful - Amysha was so kind and helpful and made our stay even more special. The restaurant was open until 11pm so very helpful if you arrive late.

If you’re staying at the Radisson Blu Airport Hotel in Richmond for the price, you’re in luck. If you’re expecting full-service comfort from a 4-star hotel... temper those expectations. To start, only one of the three elevators was working during my stay—a serious bottleneck in a hotel with over 400 rooms. If you enjoy long, reflective pauses by elevator doors, this is your place. Room amenities were minimal. No slippers, no working in-room safe at check-in, and not even a complimentary cup of coffee in the lobby. Small things, but they add up when you're expecting a premium stay. Parking is uncovered, which is fine in the summer—less so when winter rolls in and your car turns into an ice cube. Bottom line: if you're getting a great deal, it’s a decent stay. But for anyone expecting the full 4-star experience, there are better-equipped 3-star options nearby.

Location was very convenient, next to airport and with free shuttle service. Felt a bit of a stretch for 4star hotel in terms of amenities, condition, and even cleanliness. Toilet could use more cleaning and found blonde hair under the sheets. There is a restaurant within the hotel but they didn’t offer room service nor allow alcohol in the rooms which was a bit of an issue for travelling with a dog. Hotel staffs were all friendly and gave really helpful tips on catching the ferry, 10/10 for the staff. Lobby has gift shop/convenient store down a the end which had all the last-minute essentials that you might forgot to pack. Booked this one last minute due to a flight cancellation and pet-friendly accommodation, not sure if I would stay again to be honest.
