Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavillion Hotel

Very nice place and people !! The service is outstanding ,spacious and clean rooms, delicious food l, big pool and you have direct access to the beach (public). Just spent a week in this hotel. Overall experience was good. The rooms and washroom can use some upgrades and they need to work little bit more on staff as reception and restaurant workers can be little more welcoming. Not all the staff is same but they can use little more training on how to be friendlier with all their guests. But the location of hotel was great and they have great pools and spa service. The breakfast is good and restaurant has good food too.

The location of this hotel is good for just one night, there is nothing around, you have to take taxis everywhere. The one lady server that works outside is rude, she did not want to join two tables for a larger party, she wanted 8 of us to squeeze into a table of 6, when there were ample tables outside with no one sitting at them. The bell boys and the one manager with the light eyes was the only one that was pleasant and willing to help us with no issues. The food is ok, nothing special about the breakfast. I don’t think I will ever stay here again.
