Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. However, the room could have been a bit more spacious and better ventilated. Food: The food quality was decent. Some dishes were tasty, while others lacked flavor. The variety could be improved, especially in the breakfast options. Service & Staff: The staff was polite and responsive. Room service was timely.
Wonderful service provided by Sachin. He was kind, professional and very hard working and I've seen him attending every guest with smile and determination. Such staff deserve praise and recognition.
The hotel itself is okay, service is okay and they promptly respond to needs. Rooms are okay beds are comfortable compared to yesterday. Breakfast is decent, staff like Priya and others make sure you are comfortable. Tea is the best. The ambience is too dull and dark can be improved a lot for this cost.
