Great hotel and location, but poor recognition of VIP status The hotel itself is beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and located in one of the best areas in Berlin. The breakfast was exceptional, truly one of the best I’ve had, and the restaurant’s setting right by the river makes it even more special. However, I was disappointed that my VIP membership, which is normally acknowledged across Radisson hotels in Europe and the Middle East, was not recognized here. No upgrade was offered, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful or attentive regarding loyalty benefits. Overall, the stay was nice, but I expected better service from a property of this level.
I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Berlin. The view from the balcony overlooking the cathedral was absolutely stunning and truly made my experience special. The air conditioning was excellent, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfy, making it easy to get a good night's rest. Overall, a very enjoyable stay! Would definitely recommend.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! We booked two rooms and had “do not disturb” signs on both doors. We all decided to hang out in one room and a housekeeper came in EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A SIGN UP! We politely told her to leave. We called reception to let them know what happened and they said they would talk to housekeeping. I went to check on our other room and it seemed like no one came in. We came back after a couple of hours to see that our towels were gone and beds were made EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE SIGN UP!!! I have stayed at so many hotels ranging from 2-5 stars and never have I ever come across this type of problem, which is sad because this is supposed to be a “5 star hotel.” They have no respect for your privacy or safety and do not care about your wishes. I called reception and this time I was frustrated and I can guarantee you that they did not care. The hotel might look nice but you’re better off staying somewhere else. Do not waste your money here. **update!!! THEY JUST WENT INTO OUR OTHER ROOM THAT HAD SIGN WITHOUT PERMISSION LITERALLY 2 HOURS AFTER I WROTE THIS! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE!
