The Radisson Collection Hotel in Sevilla exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and sleek, modern bathrooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Its unbeatable location makes it even more appealing—everything from major attractions to charming cafes and restaurants is within walking distance. For those driving, there’s a convenient nearby garage. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.
Wow, what a fantastic hotel. We were greeted with a super friendly and professional staff. Miriam, Cesar and the trainee Mor. They showed us everything we needed to know since it was our first time in Sevilla and helped us up to our room with our many bags since we were traveling through Europe by car. In the junior suite we received national treats and also got welcome drink vouchers for the fabulous top floor pool/bar. We really felt pampered and treated like super stars. We even enjoyed a gorgeous dinner in their Michelin star restaurant. And when it was time for us to leave, Gabriel helped us with our luggage all the way to the garage. I don’t know who the cleaning lady was who sweetly left our daughters stuffed animals in a hug. But thank you all staff who made this experience a five star one.
Very beautiful and new hotel. Excellent location close to tourist attractions and shopping. The hotel is divided between 2 buildings with covered walkway. Very attentive staff at front desk, spoke good English. We booked the superior room but were upgraded to the premium room which was nice. The room is very nice and spacious more than enough room for 2 people. Bathroom is also spacious with large shower. King bed is firm and comfortable. Location of our room is quiet, on level 1. A few criticisms: nice to have double sink in bathroom but there is barely any counter space. €30 for breakfast is quite steep (we did not end up getting this). And finally, happened to step on a small piece of broken glass on the carpet.
