I had a fantastic stay at the hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hospitality from the staff was top-notch, and I truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Anastasia from the concierge team — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of great local tips. Her positive energy really made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay.
The service at this hotel was more than amazing! I’m really surprised about the service specially by Anastasia, Daniel and Foder from the concierge service team.. they do the maximum to make you happy! The room service was amazing too.. the breakfast also.. overall my self and the family were so happy and didn’t want to leave the hotel…. Hats off to the management and the entire team 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Even one star is not deserved for what happened to us. Today the 14th of August I made the checkout of 3 rooms after staying for 3 nights. While waiting in the lobby, I was praying with my brother politely in one of the dark corners. No sound or scene was made, no one would have noticed us. The security guy that was standing there, came to us and started tapping on the chair aggressively interpreting our prayers and kept saying that we will be kicked out the hotels if we didn’t stop praying and calling people on his phone. We were shocked by this behavior and how unprofessional he was. I have never had any racist situation in Russia because I’m muslim but this situation was unbelievable. In the beginning we just sat on the chair waiting for our car when we saw him calling people while looking at us aggressively. We went to the receptionist asking for someone to do anything about what happened. The receptionis speaks English. She was looking at her computer while us talking for a minute. Then she spoke to someone in russian who came and apologized to us. Everything was fine until this situation happened. The guy was unprofessional he was so rude and he didn’t even apologize to us .I would never ever stay here or even recommend it to anyone.
