Radisson Collection Hotel Palazzo Nani Venice

Amazing hotel! The facilities were spotless, and the rooms—while housed in a 500-year-old building—were surprisingly modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable. It’s also perfectly located: close to the railway station and easily accessible by ferries across Venice. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Andrea at the reception, Celeste at the bar, and Larisa at the restaurant—each of them went above and beyond to make us feel at home. You made our experience truly memorable. We rented the Presidential Suite and right off the bat, beautiful paintings and paint jobs. Perfect mix of modern and vintage style. My family and I researched and figured out this hotel used to be a palace, explaining all of this old wooden art and dull paintings. A couple hours of getting to our hotel, they offered us welcome cookies that were lemon flavored. I. Got. Addicted. Our first night there, they came at a reasonable time, not interrupting a thing. They came in with two fancy glasses, champagne, and a fruit platter. We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly, and room service was faster than a light switch. The had a menu filled with pastas, pizzas, and burgers. They offered a huge variety of breakfast options for breakfast time. Easily the best experience I’ve had at a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was elegant and the location was perfect. What made the experience even better was the receptionist Alexandra, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She truly made me feel at home.
