I love everything about this hotel but above all, I am extremely grateful by everyone’s concern and sympathy when they learned about how my son and I were robbed of my entire belongings and my son’s carry-on (3 pieces of luggage) as we dropped by a restaurant first before going to the hotel to check in. I have no bad impression of this hotel, their service is top-notch. The cleanliness is well-maintained and the room has everything I need. They gave us a complimentary breakfast though we managed to go only once. I would recommend this to anyone because of its proximity to major tourist icons, shops, and restaurants. I will reiterate this, all of their staff are warm and respectful, they made me feel better at the lowest point of my unimaginable ordeal- for me this is very important.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel during our last city stop in Italy for our honeymoon before we fly back home. We were surprised with a room upgrade upon checking in by Mr. Ibrahim which we were so incredibly happy & grateful for! The rooms are so clean and modern we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious and affordable, we really enjoyed the coffee as well it was so delicious! I didn’t take much photos but I did photograph the stunning rooftop lounge with a fantastic view, a beautiful place to enjoy a cup of tea and watch the sunset. Nearby the hotel is a great supermarket & so many iconic historic Roman landmarks. We walked all over the city and found it easy to come back to the hotel to rest midday. Overall our stay was memorable thank you to all the wonderful staff, we will most definitely be back next time we visit this beautiful city!

I'll start with the positives, the location is incredible, very central and close to so many things, the hotel itself is beatiful and that's about the end of the positives. The rooms are nice and I didn't mind too much that they were small, although our shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The "wellness area" is very cool but absolutely tiny. The rooftop bar is GORGEOUS but it's only open for 3 hours?? Though the worst part of this hotel by far was the service, it was terrible. My brother was yelled at by staff for eating breakfast when it "wasn't included in our rooms", however, it WAS included and the staff had just got it wrong. We asked them to order us a taxi to the coliseum, we waited 15 minutes and my dad went to go check and they had forgot, we ended up being half an hour late. One of the nights I ordered room service, I had to call several times to even get through and after ordering I waited 2 hours for my food and nothing arrived, it got to the point it was almost midnight and I gave up waiting and went to sleep, I also had a full bottle of body spray go missing from my room, a limited edition that I am no longer able to buy in Australia, but actually is available online in Italy so I don't know why anyone working at the hotel needed to steal mine as they can buy it and get it shipped to them for less than 20 euros, but it's fully unavailable for me and I'm honestly rather devastated. It was completely full so theres no way anyone could think it was rubbish and my sister and I tore up the whole room looking for it, it was not there. Incredibly disappointed.
